CONDITIONS FOR SUBMITTING CAD FILES

 

ATTENTION MEMBERS & NON-MEMBERS:

Send us your quality CAD drawings for publication on CAD-Architect and your account could be upgraded or you could be signed up for a new full CAD-Architect membership!
 

SUBMITTING YOUR CAD DRAWINGS VIA E-MAIL INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE EMAIL US PRIOR TO THE SUBMITTING OF ANY DRAWINGS.

YOUR WORK, ONCE PUBLISHED BY CAD-ARCHITECT.NET, BECOME PUBLIC AND FREE OF ROYALTY TO YOU, WHICH MEANS THAT YOU ACCEPT IT TO BE PUBLISHED AND PRESENTED IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT IN THE TERMS AS SET FORTH BELOW:
 

STEP 1 - Authorship & permission to publish
 

The sender declares that the works he is submitting are his/her own. The sender authorize the work to be published on the web site of CAD-Architect.net. When becoming public, the sender accepts that the work can be used, manipulated and modified by other parties.
 

STEP 2 - Evaluation
 

Sending is voluntary, In exchange for the effective publication or intention on the part of CAD-Architect.net to publish the sent works; the sender’s account will be upgraded or signed up for a new account. CAD-Architect.net reserves the final right to the publication of the works and the upgrade of membership
 

The following conditions will be considered when evaluating the submitted works that can cause the disqualification of works to be published:
• Poorly presented drawings, Conceptually faulty or Badly documented or incomplete works.

STEP 3 - Account Upgrade
 

If your works are published or if we intend to do so, you will receive an email inviting you to make use of your upgraded or new account status.
Upon evaluation and depending on the quality of the submitted works for publication, we will notify you of one the following scenarios:

1. You could be signed up for a new CAD Architect Diamond membership
2. Your existing account could be upgraded to an All Access Diamond membership
3. Your existing Diamond membership could be upgraded for up to 2 years

Guidelines for file submissions:

Please do not send files larger than 5MB
Files to be in DWG or DXF format and preferably be Zipped to reduce size
Evaluation is usually done within 8 hours, but please allow up to 2 working days
